I’m Paola Innocenti, a landscape architect.
I graduated in Architectural Science (2009) at the Polytechnic University of Milan and obtained my Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture (2012) in Genoa.
STYLE
My job requires being sensitive to others' needs and feelings and being understanding and helpful on the job. Adaptability/Flexibility to be open to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace.
I’m persistence in the face of obstacles and I accept criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations.
My objective is give you creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas for and answers to work-related problems. My Job requires being honest and ethical; being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations; being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.

Project and planning preparation
Preliminary negotiations on approvabilityThe requirements developed in the definition phase can be used to take design choices. During the design phase, one or more projects are developed, and the final project can apparently be achieved.
LOCAL ARCHITECT
We have a well-known network of professional consultants, such as fire engineers and structural engineers.
We can submit all required documents to the landlord and authorities and organize the regulatory approval phase.We can provide details if required and shop drawings to the chosen General Contractor.
Interface/coordinate with the Client regarding specific requirements for bidding/tendering of documents.
Receiving the tender and create a price comparison list
Controlling of the detailed fit-out schedule.
Finalizing the Town Hall process including updating the permit drawings in case of difformity due construction changes.
Cordination with the GC for all documentation required to trade
