Ich bin Paola Innocenti, Landschaftsarchitektin.

Ich habe mein Studium der Architekturwissenschaften (2009) an der Polytechnischen Universität Mailand abgeschlossen und meinen Master in Landschaftsarchitektur (2012) in Genua erworben.

STYLE

Mein Job erfordert, dass ich auf die Bedürfnisse und Gefühle anderer eingehe und bei der Arbeit verständnisvoll und hilfsbereit bin. Anpassungsfähigkeit/Flexibilität, um für Veränderungen (positiv oder negativ) und erhebliche Abwechslung am Arbeitsplatz offen zu sein.

Ich bleibe hartnäckig, wenn ich auf Hindernisse stoße, akzeptiere Kritik und gehe mit sehr stressigen Situationen ruhig und effektiv um.

LEAD ARCHITECT

  • Investigate existing site conditions, interfaces and responsibilities

  • Project and planning preparation
    Preliminary negotiations on approvability

  • The requirements developed in the definition phase can be used to take design choices. During the design phase, one or more projects are developed, and the final project can apparently be achieved.

LOCAL ARCHITECT

  • We have a well-known network of professional consultants, such as fire engineers and structural engineers.
    We can submit all required documents to the landlord and authorities and organize the regulatory approval phase.

  • We can provide details if required and shop drawings to the chosen General Contractor.

  • Interface/coordinate with the Client regarding specific requirements for bidding/tendering of documents.

  • Receiving the tender and create a price comparison list

  • Controlling of the detailed fit-out schedule.

  • Finalizing the Town Hall process including updating the permit drawings in case of difformity due construction changes.

    Cordination with the GC for all documentation required to trade
