ABOUT ME
Sono Paola Innocenti, architetto paesaggista.
Mi sono laureata in Scienze dell'Architettura (2009) al Politecnico di Milano e ho conseguito la Laurea Magistrale in Architettura del Paesaggio (2012) a Genova.
STILE
Il mio lavoro richiede di essere sensibile alle esigenze e ai sentimenti degli altri e di essere comprensiva e disponibile sul lavoro. Adattabilità/Flessibilità per essere aperto al cambiamento (positivo o negativo) e a una notevole varietà sul posto di lavoro.
Sono tenace di fronte agli ostacoli, accetto le critiche e affronto con calma ed efficacia le situazioni di forte stress.
Il mio obiettivo è offrire creatività e pensiero alternativo per sviluppare nuove idee e risposte ai problemi legati al lavoro. Il mio lavoro richiede di essere onesta ed etica; di essere affidabile, responsabile e affidabile e di rispettare gli obblighi; di essere attento ai dettagli e scrupolosa nel portare a termine i compiti lavorativi.

Preliminary negotiations on approvabilityThe requirements developed in the definition phase can be used to take design choices. During the design phase, one or more projects are developed, and the final project can apparently be achieved.
LOCAL ARCHITECT
We have a well-known network of professional consultants, such as fire engineers and structural engineers.
We can submit all required documents to the landlord and authorities and organize the regulatory approval phase.We can provide details if required and shop drawings to the chosen General Contractor.
Interface/coordinate with the Client regarding specific requirements for bidding/tendering of documents.
Receiving the tender and create a price comparison list
Controlling of the detailed fit-out schedule.
Finalizing the Town Hall process including updating the permit drawings in case of difformity due construction changes.
Cordination with the GC for all documentation required to trade
